Private equity firm GoldPoint Partners is taking nearly 30,000 square feet of space at Fisher Brothers’ 299 Park Avenue. The company is leaving its digs at 51 Madison Avenue for a roughly 30,000- square-foot office on the 37th floor of the Park Avenue tower, the New York Post reported.
