Job Description
Accolade is looking to hire a Vice President with 3+ years of relevant investment management or fund of funds work experience in venture capital and growth equity. The Vice President will be an integral member of the investment team and will help lead sourcing, diligence and execution across venture capital and growth equity fund investments. They will also be involved in monitoring and tracking Accolade’s existing portfolio, producing marketing materials, managing a team of associates/analysts, as well as assisting with firm operations.
Specifically, ideal qualifications include:

3+ years of investment management or fund-of-funds experience focused in technology and/or healthcare

Strong venture and growth equity industry knowledge

Interest in a broad variety of venture investment sectors such as software, fintech, consumer, healthcare, frontier technologies, blockchain etc.

Proven ability to lead all aspects of fund investments including manager diligence/reference checking, analysis, investment recommendations and portfolio management

Comfortable interfacing with GPs, other LPs, consultants and intermediaries

Superior written, verbal and relationship management skills

Well-developed analytical and financial analysis skills

Fluency with Excel and PowerPoint
