Christina Development Corporation, a Malibu, California based, fully integrated real estate investment, development, management and operations company formed in 1977 and having transacted over $1.2 billion of real estate in our core sub-markets, is looking for a real estate investment analyst to help the acquisitions team on its asset underwriting, due diligence and the creation of the investment marketing documents including the investment summary. The analyst must have experience in underwriting commercial mix-use and investment grade multifamily assets including ground up development opportunities. The candidate must be familiar with the various components of the real estate capital stack including equity, senior debt, mezzanine debt and newer sources of alternative funding such as crowdfunding. The analyst will be responsible for packaging smaller real estate crowdfunded transactions on the various platforms with whom Christina has existing relationships. The ideal candidate will have worked in the real estate transactions group of an investment bank, in a real estate private equity fund or with an established real estate syndication firm for two years or more, and be familiar with various zoning, entitlement and other details which affect real estate valuations.
