Seeking a Managing Director with experience in alternative/renewable energy, consumer and healthcare. The firm is a growing investment banking and merchant banking firm that serves primarily two constituencies: (1) middle market companies seeking mergers and acquisitions advice and capital raising services and (2) family offices to which it provides investment opportunities and investment banking services for the families’ business interests. Through its merchant banking capabilities, the firm sources, structures and co-invests alongside family offices in proprietary direct investments sourced from its bankers and family offices clients.

Responsibilities:

• Source and execute M&A and financing assignments
• Strong track record of closings and active pipeline
• Established relationships within coverage sector
• Manage and support development of junior bankers

Requirements:

• 10+ years of post-undergraduate work experience in investment banking
• Strong problem solving, analytical, technical and client management skills
• Strong rolodex focused on current and meaningful strategic and financial groups
• Strong educational and professional pedigree
