Accolade Partners is an investment management firm that builds and manages venture capital and growth equity portfolios through fund and direct investments in technology and healthcare.

We are currently seeking a pre-MBA Associate with 1-3 years of work experience in finance (management consulting, investment management, investment banking, etc). Associates assume a significant level of responsibility and provide critical support throughout the investment process. The Associate will be a member of the investment team which evaluates fund and direct company investments. Other responsibilities include producing client presentations, composing white paper reports and thought pieces, venture capital & private equity market research and analysis on fund managers and portfolio companies.

Accolade is a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. Associates work closely with senior members of the Firm and actively participate in all stages of the due diligence process. Associates are expected to be self-starters with the ability to multi-task while maintaining a strong attention to detail, quality and accuracy. A strong technical/analytical foundation is required, and we give preference to candidates who have demonstrated an interest and understanding of the industry.

The position requires a two year commitment. Exceptional performers may be considered for a third year. Past Associates have attended MBA programs at Stanford, Columbia, Chicago, Dartmouth, UVA and Georgetown.
