Our client, a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), is seeking a qualified Analyst for their Acquisition and Disposition Department.  
 
Their portfolio consists of prestigious hotel brands. The Acquisition team focusing on investing in geographically diversified, well branded, upscale hotels. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial analysis for potential acquisitions of existing cash flowing hotels and future developments
  • Building out 10-year Proformas and provide professional advice based on economic conditions, market trends and asset specific information
  • Portfolio tracking for our client's existing assets to identify optimal disposition timing
  • Monitor and analyze specific commercial and residential real estate market conditions, using the area’s internal and external real estate, financial and economic data
  • Preparing Potential Investment Summaries
  • Due Diligence Review and Tracking
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or Accounting
  • 2+ years of work experience in financial analysis, data analysis, accounting, finance or commercial real estate
  • Proficient with financial spreadsheets and word processing software such as MS Excel and Word
  • Ability to periodically travel within the United States
