Our client, a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), is seeking a qualified Analyst for their Acquisition and Disposition Department.
Their portfolio consists of prestigious hotel brands. The Acquisition team focusing on investing in geographically diversified, well branded, upscale hotels.
Responsibilities:
Provide financial analysis for potential acquisitions of existing cash flowing hotels and future developments
Building out 10-year Proformas and provide professional advice based on economic conditions, market trends and asset specific information
Portfolio tracking for our client's existing assets to identify optimal disposition timing
Monitor and analyze specific commercial and residential real estate market conditions, using the area’s internal and external real estate, financial and economic data
Preparing Potential Investment Summaries
Due Diligence Review and Tracking
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or Accounting
2+ years of work experience in financial analysis, data analysis, accounting, finance or commercial real estate
Proficient with financial spreadsheets and word processing software such as MS Excel and Word
Ability to periodically travel within the United States
