TrueBridge Capital Partners is seeking a highly productive and motivated Operations Associate to fill a full-time position on its Operations Team. The associate will report directly to the CFO and will provide support to the entirety of the TrueBridge team in areas of accounting, tax, fund administration, cash management and compliance. Ideal candidates must have in-depth accounting experience, a high degree of attention to detail, and strong organizational and analytical skills. Key responsibilities include:

• Perform and review daily and monthly bank reconciliations
• Monitor and reconcile stock activity and valuation
• Review and reconcile financial statements prepared by third-party fund administrator
• Liaise with third-party service providers for tax, audit, and fund administration
• Collect and process limited partner legal documents
• Process legal documentation related to new and existing portfolio investments
• Assist in the valuation process for our direct investment portfolio
• Provide portfolio performance and exposure data for marketing materials and ad hoc reporting requests
• Respond to queries and requests from limited partners
• Support the updating of internal accounting and portfolio databases
• Assist in compiling, monitoring and streamlining compliance requirements

The ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business/Finance/Economics
• 2 – 5 years of related experience
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work on high-performing team
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required
• CPA preferred although not essential
